Round 1 Both fighters trade shots and back away looking for the next opening. Foster throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Round 2 Foster parries a jab but leaves himself open for a hard cross. "Manfoz" lands a strong outside leg kick but is hit with a heavy counter hook. Palmer connects with a hard punch making Manny Foster bring him in to a tight clinch. Palmer takes "Manfozs" back standing. "Manfoz" isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Palmer lands a sharp shovel punch that forces "Manfoz" to release. Round 3 A jab-hook-uppercut combo has Lamar stepping back and shaking the cobwebs out. "Manfoz" connects with a hard punch making Palmer bring him in to a tight clinch. Manny works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. Foster works to Lamar Palmers back while standing. Foster throws a couple of outside shots until Palmer is able to work his way back to the clinch. While tied up, Manny is met with a hard uppercut. Foster throws a push kick. "Brawler" shucks it and strikes with a overhand that crashes into Fosters nose.
Palmer winds up a heavy straight but is countered by a hard counter knee to the body. Foster connects with jab cross combination. Palmer traps "Manfoz" in the cage, landing a few strong punches to the face and body. The round comes to an end.
Round 4 A welt begins to form under Lamars eye after a strong cross-hook landed from "Manfoz". Palmer circles Foster, keeping him at bay with quick strikes. Palmer lands a hook to the body. "Brawler" connects with a hard punch and dives in mounting Manny Foster. Round 4 comes to a close.
Round 5 "Manfoz" connects with a hard punch making Lamar bring him in to a tight clinch. Foster attempts to grab the plum but is kept off balance by "Brawlers" strikes. Manny escapes the clinch and creates some distance. Foster keeps "Brawler" at a distance with some well timed jabs. Both fighters trade shots and back away looking for the next opening. "Manfoz" connects with 1-2 jab hook combo and quickly steps away. The round comes to an end.
