Round 1 Wiuff dives in for a takedown but the momentum of the attempt ends in a scramble back to their feet. "El Silbon" sends Wiuff to the mat with a well timed jab, falling into his guard. Round 2 Evan Wiuff weaves through a jab-cross combo but is hit with a nasty hook. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. Evan Wiuff drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. David sets a guillotine choke but Evan Wiuff slips out at the last moment. Evan Wiuff is now caught in guard. Ramirez backs out of the guard after some unsuccessful motions and both fighters are standing. David Ramirez connects with a series of punches forcing Wiuff into a clinch. David connects with a stiff knee to the chin. Evan is dazed on the mat. "El Silbon" lays into Evan Wiuffs thighs with some well timed kicks while Wiuff is grounded. The bell signals the end of round 3.
Round 4 "El Silbon" attempts to press in but Evan uses a inside reaping to put "El Silbon" on the canvas. Evan hops to side control. David Ramirez is wisely defending a kimura. Evan Wiuff attempts to take it but David Ramirez is having none of it, though Evan Wiuff has used the chance the slide into mount. David attempts to escape mount but has no luck. David Ramirez gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Wiuff works his arm around the neck of David attempting to get a tight rear naked choke but David hand fights well. David is able to make it back to the standing position.Round 4 comes to a close.
Round 5 Wiuff connects with a series of punches forcing "El Silbon" into a clinch. David Ramirez lands a powerful uppercut in the clinch. David grabs the plum and pulls Wiuffs face towards a powerful knee which is blocked. David lets go of the hold and lands a hook. Wiuff hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. Evan parries a jab but is caught by a strong leg kick. "El Silbon" connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. David catches a leg kick and fires a hard punch to the head dropping Wiuff. Ramirez lays into Wiuff with some stomps. Wiuff can't handle it as the ref stops the fight.
