Round 1 Both fighters begin to exchange Eom catches "ab1" with an eye poke. The referee calls time and lets "ab1" gather himself. "ab1" says he is ok and the fight continues. "ab1" connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Both fighters trade shots and back away looking for the next opening. Min throws a few jabs at "ab1" that miss the mark. Min snaps back the head of "ab1" with a stiff jab. Lutz Petersen stuffs a takedown but is backed into a corner and must slide into guard to avoid being picked up. Round 1 is over.
Round 2 "ab1" connects with numerous jabs to the face of Min Eom. "ab1" dives in on a leg but Eom defends well forcing "ab1" to get back to his feet into a clinch. Eom drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. Lutz Petersen sets a guillotine choke but Eom slips out at the last moment. Eom is now caught in guard. Lutz shifts his hips to get better position in the guard. Round 2 is over.
Round 3 Min Eom hits an uppercut to the head of Lutz followed by a hard hook. Min hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. Lutz dives in for a leg and threatens quickly with a leg lock. Min Eom falls back to his back giving Lutz the opening to jump into dominant half guard. Min is able to work a leg through from the bottom to attain full guard. Eom begins to posture on his side. "ab1" lands a couple of outside hooks and Eom returns to the guard. Lutz pushes down Min Eoms leg, allowing him to pass guard into half guard. Eom holds the head of Lutz close to avoid shots. Lutz slams shots to his opponents ribs and throws hard elbows to the thighs. Round 3 is over.
Round 4 Min stuffs a shot from Lutz and lands some powerful outside hammerfists, eventually taking side mount. Lutz Petersen is wisely defending a kimura. Min Eom attempts to take it but Lutz Petersen is having none of it, though Min Eom has used the chance the slide into mount. Lutz Petersen attempts to escape mount but has no luck. Petersen gets pummeled by the fists of Min. Petersen gives up his back in an attempt to escape, but doesn't quite make it. Eom works his arm around the neck of Lutz attempting to get a tight rear naked choke but Lutz hand fights well. Giving up his back, "ab1" panics and gives up mount instead. The round comes to an end.
Round 5 Petersen hits an uppercut to the head of Eom followed by a hard hook. Min connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Lutz is staggered by a jab to the chin. Min fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with "ab1". Round 5 comes to a close.
