Round 1
Cee Cee throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Nobu Kogo is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. Cee Cee McDaniel connects with a combination and backs away from the counter combo of "Sengoku Power". Cee Cee McDaniel circles "Sengoku Power", landing jabs at will. A shot catches "Sengoku Power" off balance and off guard. "Wuhappen Wuz" grabs him by the waist, lifts him, swings him through and slams him into the ground. "Sengoku Power" tries to scramble and manages half guard. Round 1 comes to a close.

Round 2
A welt begins to form under Nobus eye after a strong cross-hook landed from "Wuhappen Wuz". "Sengoku Power" hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. McDaniel parries "Sengoku Powers" jab and connect with a cross. McDaniel is staggered by a jab to the chin. "Wuhappen Wuz" lands a double jab. A wild hook from Nobu Kogo is ducked by Cee Cee McDaniel who lands a cross-hook to the body before backing away. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 3
Cee Cee connects with a strong body shot combo. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Cee Cee McDaniel drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. Nobu sets a guillotine choke but Cee Cee McDaniel slips out at the last moment. Cee Cee McDaniel is now caught in guard. Nobu shifts his hips to get better position in the guard. Round 3 comes to a close.

Round 4
The fighters circle each other. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Cee Cee grinds his forearm into the face of Nobu Kogo while holding him into the cage. Cee Cee McDaniel is jockeying for position in the clinch. Kogo works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. Kogo attempts a lazy shot from the tie up, McDaniel capitalizes by taking his back. Round 4 comes to a close.

Round 5
"Wuhappen Wuz" connects with a series of punches forcing "Sengoku Power" into a clinch. McDaniel directs the head of Kogo leading to a stiff knee to the face. Nobu takes the back of McDaniel who works for a kimura. Nobu pulls his arm out of the hold and push McDaniel away. "Wuhappen Wuz" connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. McDaniel starts to put on the pressure, forcing Kogo back into the cage. McDaniel takes advantage and clinches. Kogo places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. McDaniel receieves numerous knees to the thighs from Nobu Kogo. Nobu Kogo swims to double underhooks and turns Cee Cee but Cee Cee gets double underhooks of his own and rotates Nobu Kogo right back into the cage. Round 5 is finished.
