Round 1 Evans connects with a hard punch making Lutz Petersen bring him in to a tight clinch. Petersen attempts to grab the plum but is hit by an aggressive uppercut from Len Evans. "Downtown" escapes the clinch and creates some distance. A wild hook from "ab1" is ducked by Len who lands a cross-hook to the body before backing away. Len connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Evans connects with a combination and backs away from the counter combo of Lutz Petersen. "ab1" is hit with a stiff double jab and stumbles to the mat, rolling to his back. Len stands over Petersen, works his way through his open guard and lands some solid standing punches. Petersen cannot trap him in his guard and pushes him away instead. The round comes to an end.
Round 2 "Downtown" connects with a teep to the face of Lutz Petersen. Petersen lands a double jab. Len Evans connects with jab cross combination. "Downtown" tries to hyperextend the knee of "ab1" with a kick to the kneecap. "ab1" hops back to avoid it. Evans parries Petersens jab and connect with a cross. The round comes to an end.
Round 3 Len throws a teep backing "ab1" off. "Downtown" grabs for a clinch but "ab1" grazes him with an uppercut. "Downtown" staggers back, then surprises "ab1" with a powerful superman punch. "ab1" hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. Len Evans connects with 1-2 jab hook combo and quickly steps away. Len Evans dodges a jab and throws a kick to the midsection of Lutz. Round 3 is finished.
Round 4 "ab1" narrowly dodges a cross from "Downtown", but falls catching him in his guard. Len tries to pass guard but Lutz Petersen stops him with a well timed punch. "Downtown" uses strikes to open Lutzs guard. "Downtown" stands up and waves Petersen up. Petersen dives in on a leg forcing Evans to fall to his back. Petersen gives up on a leg attempt to achieve side control position. Evans almost switches side control around, but falls short at the last moment.Round 4 comes to a close.
Round 5 A trip to the ground allows Evans to move into the guard of Petersen. Len Evans tries to move to half guard but Petersen uses the opportunity to land several strikes and return to full guard. Lutz backs out of the guard after some unsuccessful motions and both fighters are standing. Lutz connects with a hard right hand putting Len on the mat. Lutz goes down with him into side control. Evans gives his back in an attempt to get out of side control. As Lutz Petersen spins around to take it, Evans makes his way back to his feet.Round 5 comes to a close.
