Round 1
Shaan snaps back the head of "el Fantasma" with a stiff jab. Juanito is hit with a jab and then taken down with a strong trip takedown. Juanito attempts an armbar. Shaan time a spin perfectly landing a strong overhand as he works his way into Juanito Cervantess guard. Juanito Cervantes is caught off guard by a kneebar attempt from "Cash Money Punjab". Juanito Cervantes struggles out of the lock and attempts to scramble. "Cash Money Punjab" is too quick and lunges forward to take half guard. "el Fantasma" tries to slip his leg out to get full guard, but is having difficulty. Juanito holds the head of "Cash Money Punjab" close to avoid shots. "Cash Money Punjab" slams shots to his opponents ribs and throws hard elbows to the thighs. Cervantes is able to work a leg through from the bottom to attain full guard. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 2
"el Fantasma" is brought to his back by a well executed takedown from Shaan Bhatnagar. Shaan Bhatnagar now has side control. Shaan slides his knee across the body of Juanito Cervantes and takes full mount. "Cash Money Punjab" punishes Cervantes with a series of strikes from the mount. Juanito gives his back up trying to escape the mount. "Cash Money Punjab" peppers "el Fantasma" with several shots to the face. Bhatnagar lays into Cervantes with some strong shots forcing Cervantes to give up mount position. Round 2 is over.

Round 3
Cervantes sprawls a takedown attempt from Shaan. Shaan eats several punches on the way back to his feet. "el Fantasma" connects with a hard punch making Shaan Bhatnagar bring him in to a tight clinch. Juanito works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. Shaan receieves numerous knees to the thighs from Juanito. Juanito takes the back of "Cash Money Punjab" who works for a kimura. Juanito pulls his arm out of the hold and push "Cash Money Punjab" away. Shaan connects with a strong body shot combo. Both fighters begin to exchange Juanito catches "Cash Money Punjab" with an eye poke. The referee calls time and lets "Cash Money Punjab" gather himself. "Cash Money Punjab" says he is ok and the fight continues. Bhatnagar connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Round 3 is over.

Round 4
Juanito circles Shaan, mixing jabs with body shots. Cervantes stuffs a shot from "Cash Money Punjab" and hits him with a hard hook to the temple and pushes him to take his guard. Cervantes opens up the guard and rises back to his feet. "el Fantasma" cannot find an opening to pounce. The ref brings "Cash Money Punjab" back to his feet. "el Fantasma" stuffs a shot from Bhatnagar and hits him with an outside body shot. Bhatnagar gives up on the takedown and pulls guard. "Cash Money Punjab" slides his body to the side and pushes out of guard. "el Fantasma" grabs a guillotine hold and forces "Cash Money Punjab" back down gaining side control. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 5
Juanito circles Shaan, landing jabs and crosses at will. Shaan lands a double jab. The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. Shaan Bhatnagar hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. Shaan Bhatnagar throws a push kick. Cervantes shucks it and strikes with a overhand that crashes into Bhatnagars nose. The round comes to an end.
