Round 1 Michel lands multiple inside leg kicks that have Eckart circling away. Both fighters move in to strike but miss their marks. As they jockey for position in the clinch Bahr wins the momentum battle and falls into side control on top of "The Gunslinger". Lane almost switches side control around, but falls short at the last moment. Lane gives his back up in an attempt to get out of side control. "Ze Flying Arm" executes a double hand slap to the ears of Michel Lane. Michel tries to explode out the backdoor but Bahr sinks in both hooks, continually landing outside strikes. Round 2 Eckart Bahr grabs for a clinch but Lane grazes him with an uppercut. Eckart Bahr staggers back, then surprises Lane with a powerful superman punch. Michel is brought to his back by a well executed takedown from "Ze Flying Arm". "Ze Flying Arm" now has side control. "Ze Flying Arm" wraps the arm of "The Gunslinger" behind his back and traps it. "Ze Flying Arm" pounds away with shots to the face. Bahr drops some good elbows to the face of Michel forcing him to give up his back. Lane carefully protects himself from "Ze Flying Arms" strikes. Round 3 Eckart connects with a combination and backs away from the counter combo of Michel. Lane circles "Ze Flying Arm", landing jabs at will. "The Gunslinger" throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Eckart Bahr is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. Eckart attempts a striking combination, but Michel forces the clinch. "The Gunslinger" is able to work to two overhooks and lands some strong knees and short hooks. A strong elbow forces Eckart Bahr to lose his balance and fall to the floor. Lane kicks at the legs of Eckart Bahr and then asks him to stand up. The referee tells Eckart Bahr to stand. The round comes to an end.
Round 4 Eckart Bahr fakes a shot and lunges forward pressing Michel to the cage. Michel swims for underhooks but is taken down in the process. Bahr pushes down Michels leg, allowing him to pass guard into half guard. Eckart Bahr is able to slip into mount from the half guard. Lane shifts his head and hips to keep Eckart Bahr off balance and unable to land strikes. "Ze Flying Arm" telegraphs his motions for an armbar, but "The Gunslinger" gives up his back to stop the attempt. Eckart Bahr tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. Round 5 Michel takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Michel Lane connects with a hard jab as "Ze Flying Arm" attempts a wide outside hook. "Ze Flying Arm" is rocked by a standing elbow strike. Michel Lane lands a strong outside leg kick that buckles Eckart. Round 5 is finished.
