Round 1 A left high kick from Emanuel keeps Malley at bay. "The Mallet" pressures his opponent into clinching. Patty is on the recieving end of a series of knees to the midsecion. Patty works to Emanuels back while standing. Patty throws a couple of outside shots until Emanuel is able to work his way back to the clinch. Malley takes the back of Emanuel who works for a kimura. Malley pulls his arm out of the hold and push Emanuel away. Malley keeps Emanuel at a distance with some well timed jabs. Malley strikes with a straight front kick. Emanuel lands a strong outside leg kick but is hit with a strong uppercut. Emanuel is met with a cross and a liver shot that staggers him. Patty explodes with a flurry of punches. Emanuel is then thrown to the floor. Round 1 is finished.
Round 2 Ahrens dodges a jab and clinches with Malley, delivering a knee as he does so. "The Mallet" throws a crisp jab, but Ahrens slips it and moves in for the clinch. Patty Malley drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. Emanuel sets a guillotine choke but Patty Malley slips out at the last moment. Patty Malley is now caught in guard. Emanuel backs out of the guard after some unsuccessful motions and both fighters are standing. Patty Malley circles Emanuel, landing jabs at will. "The Mallet" connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Patty Malley eats a strong cross as Ahrens moves into the clinch. The bell signals the end of round 2.
Round 3 "The Mallet" tries to hyperextend the knee of "The King of the Ring" with a kick to the kneecap. "The King of the Ring" hops back to avoid it. "The Mallet" hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. Emanuel Ahrens lands a jab, but it is returned by a sick uppercut from Patty Malley. The fighters circle each other. Malley lands a strong outside leg kick that buckles "The King of the Ring". Malley then switch kicks "The King of the Ring" on the opposing rib. "The King of the Ring" feints and follows up with a hard cross. Patty Malley stalks forward paws away with a couple jabs missing the mark. Malley attempts to press in on Emanuel Ahrens but is met with powerful inside-leg kicks. Emanuel Ahrens circles Patty, mixing jabs with body shots. "The Mallet" blocks a strong high kick from "The King of the Ring" and counters with a devastating left hook. After dodging a jab, Ahrens lands a kick to the liver of Malley who steps back only to take a knee. Ahrens rushes forward to capitalize but Malley falls to his back to avoid the onslaught. Round 3 is over.
Round 4 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Patty Malley works to Emanuel Ahrenss back while standing. Patty Malley throws a couple of outside shots until Emanuel Ahrens is able to work his way back to the clinch. Patty takes the back of Emanuel who works for a kimura. Patty pulls his arm out of the hold and push Emanuel away. Ahrens lands a double jab. Ahrens dodges a series of strikes from Malley and counters with a body shot and cross. Ahrens then backs up and wags a finger at Malley. A shot from Ahrens is countered by a guillotine choke from Malley. Ahrens is forced to tap out.
