Round 1 "The Iron Teabag" circles "Golden Boy", mixing jabs with body shots. "Golden Boy" connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Jackson ducks under a loopy hoop, taking Aleron Couture to the mat, and his back. Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 Aleron Couture connects with a hard punch making Gerard Jackson bring him in to a tight clinch. "Golden Boy" places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. "Golden Boy" takes Gerards back standing. "The Iron Teabag" isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but "Golden Boy" lands a sharp shovel punch that forces "The Iron Teabag" to release. Jackson tries to hyperextend the knee of Aleron Couture with a kick to the kneecap. Aleron Couture hops back to avoid it. Couture snaps back the head of Gerard with a stiff jab. Couture shoots but "The Iron Teabag" stuffs it, eventually working in a whizzer and landing some sharp knees that allows him to move to side mount. Round 2 is over.
Round 3 Gerard connects with numerous jabs to the face of Couture. Couture connects with a hard punch making Jackson bring him in to a tight clinch. "Golden Boy" works Gerard Jackson into the cage from the clinch. "Golden Boy" presses his head under Gerard Jacksons chin so he cannot defend the piston shots from either side. Aleron Couture catches a leg kick from "The Iron Teabag", and puts him on the mat. Round 3 is over.
Round 4 A trip to the ground allows "The Iron Teabag" to move into the guard of Aleron Couture. Aleron is pummeled by some well timed bombs from "The Iron Teabag". Jackson takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in Coutures guard. It doesn't pay off as Couture makes his way to standing. A welt begins to form under Alerons eye after a strong cross-hook landed from Gerard. "The Iron Teabag" hits an uppercut to the head of Couture followed by a hard hook. "Golden Boy" takes a punch and goes to the mat, Gerard Jackson pounces into side control. "Golden Boy" recovers quickly. Jackson throws his knee into the ribs of "Golden Boy". Couture is wisely defending a kimura. Jackson attempts to take it but Couture is having none of it, though Jackson has used the chance the slide into mount.Round 4 comes to a close.
Round 5 "The Iron Teabag" fakes a shot and lunges forward pressing Aleron to the cage. Aleron swims for underhooks but is taken down in the process. Aleron is cut under his eye by a hard overhand from Gerard while utilizing the guard. Couture backs out of the guard after some unsuccessful motions and both fighters are standing. Both fighters trade glancing shots continuing to find their respective range. The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. "The Iron Teabag" locks around the waist of "Golden Boy". He sneaks his foot behind Coutures and trips him to the floor, taking side control. Gerard drops some hammer fists on Aleron Couture. "The Iron Teabag" throws his knee into the ribs of Couture. Round 5 is finished.
