Round 1
"Black Forrest Gump" hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. Both fighters begin to exchange Warner catches David with an eye poke. The referee calls time and lets David gather himself. David says he is ok and the fight continues. David Ramirez snaps back the head of Everson with a stiff jab. Everson throws a hard jab but David Ramirez throws a cross right over the top rocking Everson. David circles Everson, landing jabs and crosses at will. Everson weaves through a jab-cross combo but is met with a strong knee. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 2
Ramirez presses forward, grabbing the plum and lands a strong hook, buckling Everson Warner to the mat. Ramirez stands back and waves Everson Warner up. "El Silbon" turns slightly and fires an upward elbow rocking "Black Forrest Gump". Everson is cup open by a standing elbow strike. The ref stops the fight. The doctor takes a look at the cut and determines the fight must be stopped.
