Round 1 Panchito winds up a heavy straight but is countered by a hard counter knee to the body. Aldrich Firmin hits an uppercut to the head of Rivera followed by a hard hook. Panchito throws a kick to the midsection that is caught by Aldrich. Aldrich lands a sweeping leg kick that puts Panchito on his back. Aldrich Firmin lays into Riveras thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. Rivera does so. Firmin catches a leg kick and fires a hard punch to the head dropping Rivera. Aldrich Firmin crescent stomps the sternum of Panchito. Aldrich Firmin lays into "El Diablillos" thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. Panchito Rivera does so. Aldrich Firmin connects with a strong body shot combo. "El Diablillo" gets hit with a strong punch, putting him to the mat, but he recovers just in time to give up his back. Round 1 is finished.
Round 2 Panchito reaches down and trips Aldrich with a beautiful ankle pick. Panchito dives into his guard. Panchito pushes down Aldrich Firmins leg, allowing him to pass guard into half guard. Panchito tries to pull his leg out of half guard, but no luck. Aldrich hits an upward elbow on "El Diablillo", and attempts to get to full guard. During the scramble though "El Diablillo" takes side control. Rivera wraps the arm of Aldrich Firmin behind his back and traps it. Rivera pounds away with shots to the face. Firmin tries to get back to full guard, but has to settle with half guard. Aldrich Firmin tries to scramble out of half guard, but Rivera takes his back during it. Aldrich carefully protects himself from "El Diablillos" strikes. Rivera begins to look for a rear naked choke, but Aldrich rolls to being mounted instead. The round comes to an end.
Round 3 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Aldrich Firmin places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. Panchito takes the back of Aldrich Firmin who works for a kimura. Panchito pulls his arm out of the hold and push Aldrich Firmin away. Aldrich takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Panchito does a good job to circle away from Aldrich Firmin but becomes too predictable and Aldrich Firmin lands a switch kick to Riveras ribs. Panchito throws a powerful left hook, but is met with a strong jab from Firmin. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 4 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Aldrich works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. Aldrich Firmin breaks away from the clinch while delivering a knee. "El Diablillo" takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Aldrich chips away at "El Diablillo" with a series of kicks to the legs. A swift ball kick from Aldrich Firmin opens up Panchito Rivera for a spearing double-leg takedown. The bell signals the end of round 4.
Round 5 Aldrich connects with a teep to the face of Rivera. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. Firmin works to Panchito Riveras back while standing. Firmin throws a couple of outside shots until Panchito is able to work his way back to the clinch. Aldrich Firmin takes the back of Panchito Rivera who works for a kimura. Aldrich Firmin pulls his arm out of the hold and push Panchito Rivera away. Firmin connects with a jab cross combination. Rivera connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Both fighters trade shots and back away looking for the next opening. Aldrich dodges a jab-cross combo from "El Diablillo" and connects with a front snap kick, sending "El Diablillo" stumbling backwards. The round comes to an end.
