Round 1 "Vulkan" eats a stiff kick to the face. A shot from Naldi is countered with a well timed hook to his temple. Wulzhan Karimov scrambles to his back but cannot sink a choke. Naldi carefully protects himself from Wulzhans strikes. Naldi starts to wiggle out of back control, "Vulkan" lets him escape putting them both on their feet. "Vulkan" eats a stiff kick to the face. Naldi throws a teep backing Wulzhan Karimov off. Naldi lands a strong outside leg kick and follows it up with a jab-cross combo. Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 Cyril hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. Cyril Naldi connects with a hard punch making Wulzhan Karimov bring him in to a tight clinch. Wulzhan drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. Cyril sets a guillotine choke but Wulzhan slips out at the last moment. Wulzhan is now caught in guard. Naldi backs out of the guard after some unsuccessful motions and both fighters are standing. Cyril connects with numerous jabs to the face of Wulzhan Karimov. Cyril Naldi connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Cyril Naldi lands a double jab. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 3 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Cyril Naldi receieves numerous knees to the thighs from Wulzhan. Naldi takes Wulzhans back standing. Wulzhan Karimov isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Naldi lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Wulzhan Karimov to release. "Vulkan" lands a strong outside leg kick that buckles Cyril. Cyril chips away at Wulzhan Karimov with a series of kicks to the legs. Wulzhan connects with a series of punches forcing Cyril Naldi into a clinch. Round 3 is finished.
Round 4 Cyril hits a lead uppercut and follows with a hard hook to the head of Wulzhan. Cyril swaying back and forth with Balanco while Karimov darts in to attack Cyril spins at his opponent with a Martelo Rotado smashing his skull but Karimov recovers and gets on the defensive. Cyril swaying back and forth with Balanco plants front foot while throwing hands and head to the ground like a cartwheel while flipping into an axe kick to the midsection of Karimov. Cyril Naldi lands a jab, but it is returned by a sick uppercut from Karimov.Round 4 comes to a close.
Round 5 Karimov circles away from Naldi, landing strong kicks to the lead leg. Both fighters begin to exchange Wulzhan Karimov catches Cyril with an eye poke. The referee calls time and lets Cyril gather himself. Cyril says he is ok and the fight continues. Wulzhan circles away from Cyril, landing strong kicks to the lead leg. Naldi doing the ginga dance all of the sudden cartwheels away from Karimov. "Vulkan" throws an axe kick that misses the target. Naldi is on the receiving end of a good punching combination from Wulzhan Karimov. "Vulkan" attempts a takedown, but cannot finish it. Naldi takes advantage of the moment taking side control. The bell signals the end of round 5.
