Round 1
Poncho Gallegos lands a double jab. Shi presses forward, grabbing the plum and lands a strong hook, buckling Gallegos to the mat. Shi stands back and waves Gallegos up. Nick Shi lands a strong outside leg kick but is hit with a strong uppercut. Gallegos parries a jab but leaves himself open for a hard cross. Poncho circles to the right. Nick Shi hits a hard spinning back kick to the body. Round 1 is over.

Round 2
Gallegos throws a few jabs at Nick that miss the mark. Gallegos hits an uppercut to the head of Nick Shi followed by a hard hook. Poncho Gallegos connects with a teep to the face of Nick. Poncho lands a solid kick to the inside thigh of Shi. Gallegos connects with a hard combination sending Nick Shi to the ground. Gallegos follows him down into his guard and continues raining punches to the head. Nick Shi taps out from the beating.
