Round 1
Levesque is hit with a jab then hook to the body and stumbles backward. David Ramirez explodes forward with a push kick that puts Levesque on the canvas. "El Silbon" throws a short kick to the downed Levesque. Levesque takes the chance to rise back to his feet. A lazy leg kick from Levesque is caught by "El Silbon" who lands a huge overhand right, flooring Levesque. Ramirez lays into Herbert Levesques thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. Levesque does so. Ramirez connects with a hard punch making Herbert bring him in to a tight clinch. Ramirez works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. "El Silbon" gets a trip takedown from clinch and end up in the half guard of Herbert. David Ramirez opens a cut over the eye of Levesque. Round 3
David Ramirez catches a leg kick and fires a hard punch to the head dropping Herbert. David Ramirez kicks at the legs of Herbert Levesque and then asks him to stand up. The referee tells Herbert Levesque to stand. Herbert Levesque is caught square on the jaw putting him to the canvas, Ramirez prepares to pounce, but Herbert Levesque gets his bearings just in time. "El Silbon" lays into Herbert Levesques thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. Herbert Levesque does so. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. David Ramirez gets double underhooks, and unleashes unanswered knees to the midsection. Levesque lands multiple piston shots and short uppercuts to soften up David Ramirez for a trip takedown. David Ramirez is able to pull a switch mid-trip and lands in Herberts half guard. David drops an elbow onto the forehead of Herbert Levesque. Round 4
After dodging a jab-cross, David lands a kick to the liver of Levesque who steps back and begins to take a knee. David rushes forward to capitalize but Levesque stands back up and is met by a strong cross-uppercut that again backs him up. Herbert Levesque grabs for a clinch but David Ramirez grazes him with an uppercut. Herbert Levesque staggers back, then surprises David Ramirez with a powerful superman punch. Herbert Levesque attempts to clinch, but Ramirez connects with an uppercut to the jaw. A welt begins to form under Ramirezs eye after a strong cross-hook landed from Levesque. Herbert connects with a right that puts Ramirez off balance tumbling to the mat, as Herbert towers over him. Round 4 is finished.

Round 5
Ramirez throws a few jabs at Herbert that miss the mark. David Ramirez circles Herbert, mixing jabs with body shots. Herbert Levesque lands a strong outside leg kick but is hit with a heavy counter hook. A welt begins to form under David Ramirezs eye after a strong cross-hook landed from Levesque. "El Silbon" is staggered by a jab to the chin. David Ramirez fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Levesque. The bell signals the end of round 5.
