Round 1 Carter connects with a brutal kick to the liver of Lopez who falls to the ground. Carter waves him back to his feet. Izan connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Clyde Carter is staggered by a jab to the chin. Carter feints and follows up with a hard cross. Izan stalks forward paws away with a couple jabs missing the mark. Izan connects with a strong body shot combo. The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. The bell signals the end of round 1.

Izan tries to press the action but is met with a hook, uppercut that keeps him at bay. Clyde lands a hook to the body then a straight cross to the sternum. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Izan works to Clyde Carters back while standing. Izan throws a couple of outside shots until Clyde is able to work his way back to the clinch. Lopez bullies forward in the clinch sending both fighters tumbling over. Clyde ends up mounting Lopez. Round 2 is finished.

Izan Lopez works to Clyde Carters back while standing. Izan Lopez throws a couple of outside shots until Clyde is able to work his way back to the clinch. Lopez drops down and thrusts forward with a textbook double leg takedown. Izan pushes down Carters leg, allowing him to pass guard into half guard. Clyde holds the head of Lopez close to avoid shots. Lopez slams shots to his opponents ribs and throws hard elbows to the thighs. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
