Round 1
Jackson fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Athanas. Athanas lands a powerful uppercut in the clinch. Gerard escapes the clinch and creates some distance. Jackson tries to hyperextend the knee of Cosmas Athanas with a kick to the kneecap. Cosmas Athanas hops back to avoid it. "The Iron Teabag" hits a lead uppercut and follows with a hard hook to the head of Cosmas Athanas. Cosmas connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Cosmas is sent crashing to the mat by a powerful right hook. Jackson hovers over Cosmas Athanas pushing his legs to the side and throwing punches down at his body and head. Jackson throws the leg aside and takes side control.Round 1 comes to a close.

Round 2
Cosmas throws a hard jab but "The Iron Teabag" throws a cross right over the top rocking Cosmas. Cosmas Athanas takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Cosmas Athanas connects with a strong body shot combo. Jackson grabs a single leg and pushes Cosmas to the fence. Both fighters are jockeying for positional control. Jackson pie faces Cosmas to the ground and into side control. The round comes to an end.

Round 3
Gerard Jackson comes forward, throwing a short hook that distracts Cosmas Athanas. Gerard Jackson then grabs an overhook and uses a small outside-hook throw and takes side control. "The Iron Teabag" slides his knee across the body of Cosmas Athanas and takes full mount. Cosmas Athanas shifts his head and hips to keep Gerard Jackson off balance and unable to land strikes. Cosmas gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Athanas carefully protects himself from "The Iron Teabags" strikes. Cosmas Athanas tripods up, causing Gerard Jackson to fall forward. As Gerard Jackson tries to scramble up Cosmas Athanas lands a lunging hook, putting Gerard Jackson on the ground stunned. Cosmas Athanas takes Jacksons guard.Round 3 comes to a close.

Round 4
Both fighters trade glancing shots continuing to find their respective range. A welt begins to form under Athanass eye after a strong cross-hook landed from "The Iron Teabag". Athanas hits a lead uppercut and follows with a hard hook to the head of Jackson. Gerard circles Cosmas Athanas, landing jabs at will. Jackson parries Cosmass jab and connect with a cross. The round comes to an end.

Round 5
Gerard stuffs a shot from Cosmas and hits him with an outside body shot. Cosmas gives up on the takedown and pulls guard. While caught in Cosmas Athanass guard, "The Iron Teabag" gets hit with a vicious elbow. Jackson takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in Athanass guard. It doesn't pay off as Cosmas makes his way to standing. Cosmas throws a push kick. Jackson shucks it and strikes with a overhand that crashes into Cosmas Athanass nose. Athanas connects with jab cross combination. Gerard connects with a hard right hand putting Athanas on the mat. Gerard goes down with him into side control. "The Iron Teabag" attempts to mount, but gets a few punches from Cosmas for his troubles. Gerard slides his knee across the body of Cosmas Athanas and takes full mount. The bell signals the end of round 5.
