Round 1 Tadhg Conroy hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. "Super sayin blue" receieves numerous knees to the thighs from Tadhg. Tadhg works to McGees back while standing. Tadhg throws a couple of outside shots until "Super sayin blue" is able to work his way back to the clinch. McGee recieves a strong elbow opening up the clinch. Marvin winds up a heavy straight but is countered by a hard counter knee to the body. Both fighters trade shots and back away looking for the next opening. Conroy connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. "Super sayin blue" connects with a jab cross combination. Round 1 is over.
Round 2 Both fighters begin to exchange Tadhg Conroy catches McGee with an eye poke. The referee calls time and lets McGee gather himself. McGee says he is ok and the fight continues. Conroy feints and follows up with a hard crossto the head of McGee. Tadhg Conroy pummels Marvin with a series of rapid fire fists. Both fighters trade shots and back away looking for the next opening. Conroy connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. A looping right hook from Marvin McGee sends Conroy to the mat. Round 2 is over.
Round 3 "Super sayin blue" takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Both fighters trade shots and back away looking for the next opening. Marvins legs are wobbled by a strong hook to the temple then a shovel punch to the jaw. McGee is sent backwards from a series of punches from Conroy. Both fighters begin to exchange McGee catches Tadhg with an eye poke. The referee calls time and lets Tadhg gather himself. Tadhg says he is ok and the fight continues. Tadhg Conroy hits an uppercut to the head of McGee followed by a hard hook. Both fighters move in to strike but miss their marks. As they jockey for position in the clinch Tadhg Conroy wins the momentum battle and falls into side control on top of "Super sayin blue". The bell signals the end of round 3.
Round 4 A wild hook from "Super sayin blue" is ducked by Tadhg who lands a cross-hook to the body before backing away. McGee connects with a hard punch making Conroy bring him in to a tight clinch. Tadhg works to "Super sayin blues" back while standing. Tadhg throws a couple of outside shots until "Super sayin blue" is able to work his way back to the clinch. "Super sayin blue" receieves numerous knees to the thighs from Tadhg. Conroy takes the back of Marvin who works for a kimura. Conroy pulls his arm out of the hold and push Marvin away. Tadhg strikes with a straight front kick. Marvin McGee is met with a strong kick to the ribs. Marvin tries to find his distance but Tadhg is able to land two looping hooks that stun Marvin, who warily backs away. Tadhg Conroy feints and follows up with a hard cross. Marvin stalks forward paws away with a couple jabs missing the mark. Tadhg Conroy connects with 1-2 jab hook combo and quickly steps away. The bell signals the end of round 4.
Round 5 Marvin McGee winds up a heavy straight but is countered by a hard counter knee to the body. Tadhg Conroy stuffs a takedown but is backed into a corner and must slide into guard to avoid being picked up. Tadhg Conroy dodges some ground strikes from "Super sayin blue", and sends a few back of his own. Tadhg gives up guard avoiding a powerful hammer fist. He now has half guard. Marvin attempts to sink a neck crank from half guard. It does not appear to be tight enough as Conroy gives a thumbs up to the referee until he finally struggles out. Conroy holds the head of Marvin McGee close to avoid shots. Marvin McGee slams shots to his opponents ribs and throws hard elbows to the thighs. Tadhg Conroy tries to scramble out of half guard, but Marvin takes his back during it. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
