Round 1 Kalil Herod connects with a hard jab as Walters attempts a wide outside hook. Herod is staggered by a jab to the chin. Angus feints and follows up with a hard crossto the head of Kalil. Herod lands a strong outside leg kick that is returned by Walters. Kalil Herod winds up a heavy straight but is countered by a hard counter knee to the body. Round 2 Kalil lands a double jab. Kalil Herod stuffs a shot from Walters and hits him with an outside body shot. Walters gives up on the takedown and pulls guard. Kalil Herod drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. Angus sets a guillotine choke but Kalil Herod slips out at the last moment. Kalil Herod is now caught in guard. Angus attempts a switch from the guard, but a scramble takes place getting both fighters to their feet. Walters sprawls a takedown attempt from Kalil. Kalil eats several punches on the way back to his feet. Angus grabs for a clinch but Kalil Herod grazes him with an uppercut. Angus staggers back, then surprises Kalil Herod with a powerful superman punch. Walters connects with a right that puts Herod off balance tumbling to the mat, as Walters towers over him.Round 3 comes to a close.
Round 4 Angus feints and follows up with a hard cross. Herod stalks forward paws away with a couple jabs missing the mark. Angus connects with 1-2 jab hook combo and quickly steps away. Angus winds up a heavy straight but is countered by a hard counter knee to the body. Herod continually moves away from Walters, who stalks him patiently, occasionally landing a jab or cross. The fighters circle each other. The bell signals the end of round 5.
