Round 1 Kalil Herod shoots in for a double leg, hoists Dominik up, and slams him viciously to the mat, taking side control. Herod slides his knee across the body of Dominik and takes full mount. Kalil punishes Dominik with a series of strikes from the mount. Berlinger gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Kalil Herod peppers "Zombie " with several shots to the face. Kalil begins to look for a rear naked choke, but "Zombie " rolls to being mounted instead. Round 1 is finished.
Round 2 "Zombie " connects with a hard punch making Herod bring him in to a tight clinch. Berlinger swims to double underhooks and turns Kalil Herod but Kalil Herod gets double underhooks of his own and rotates Berlinger right back into the cage. Herod takes the back of Dominik who works for a kimura. Herod pulls his arm out of the hold and push Dominik away. Kalil Herod is staggered by a jab to the chin. Kalil connects with jab cross combination. Kalil does a good job to circle away from Dominik but becomes too predictable and Dominik lands a switch kick to Kalils ribs. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 3 Kalil Herod locks around the waist of Berlinger. He sneaks his foot behind Dominiks and trips him to the floor, taking side control. Kalil Herod slides his knee across the body of Dominik and takes full mount. Kalil throws some outside strikes at Dominik Berlinger. Berlinger gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Herod tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. Kalil Herod lands a double punch to the head of Berlinger. The bell signals the end of round 3.
Round 4 Herod parries a jab but leaves himself open for an uppercut. Dominik Berlinger connects with a combination and backs away from the counter combo of Kalil Herod. Berlinger counters a jab with a stiff uppercut. Kalil parries a jab but leaves himself open for an uppercut. Dominik snaps back the head of Herod with a stiff jab. Dominik lands a hook to the body then a straight cross to the sternum. Round 4 comes to a close.
Round 5 Kalil Herod lands a double jab. Both fighters trade glancing shots continuing to find their respective range. Kalil throws a powerful left hook, but is met with a strong jab from Dominik Berlinger. Dominik is brought to his back by a well executed takedown from Herod. Herod now has side control. Round 5 is finished.
