Round 1 JT Leclerc buckles Herod with a kick. JT Leclerc rushes forward to grab a guillotine, then falls to guard. Herod is in trouble but is able to muscles his way out of the choke. Kalil pushes down JTs leg, allowing him to pass guard into half guard. Kalil slams his knee into Leclercs ribs. Leclerc defends short shots well by turning his head. Herod attempts to get a leg free and successfully moves into dominant side control. Kalil lands a few stiff elbows from side control. Leclerc sneaks a leg back under the body of Kalil to achieve a defensive half guard. JT tries to scramble out of half guard, but Kalil takes his back during it. JT Leclerc carefully protects himself from Kalil Herods strikes. Kalil works his arm around the neck of JT Leclerc attempting to get a tight rear naked choke but JT Leclerc hand fights well. Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 Kalil Herod fakes a shot and lunges forward pressing "Da Beer Addict" to the cage. "Da Beer Addict" swims for underhooks but is taken down in the process. "Da Beer Addict" is pummeled by some well timed bombs from Kalil. "Da Beer Addict" starts to create some distance with his legs, Kalil capitalizes by passing to side control. Kalil Herod attempts to mount, but gets a few punches from JT Leclerc for his troubles. Kalil slides his knee across the body of JT and takes full mount. JT Leclerc attempts to buck Herod off from mount but Herod keeps his base and maintains position. Kalil punishes JT with a series of strikes from the mount. The round comes to an end.
Round 3 Kalil connects with a combination and backs away from the counter combo of Leclerc. Leclerc connects with a jab cross combination. Leclerc throws a push kick. Kalil Herod shucks it and strikes with a overhand that crashes into Leclercs nose.
Leclerc throws a wild punch, putting him off balance. A few well timed strikes from Kalil Herod puts Leclerc on the mat giving his back up. Kalil is working a furious pace on "Da Beer Addict", intermingling strikes with positional dominance at will. Kalil lands undefended strikes to the side of JT Leclercs head. The ref stops the fight.
