Round 1 The fighters circle each other. Kit Morrison hits an uppercut to the head of Jermain Townsend followed by a hard hook. Morrison connects with jab cross combination. Both fighters trade shots and back away looking for the next opening. Jermain Townsend hits a lead uppercut and follows with a hard hook to the head of Kit Morrison. Both fighters move in to strike but miss their marks. As they jockey for position in the clinch Jermain wins the momentum battle and falls into side control on top of "Chemo". Round 1 is over.
Round 2 Townsend wraps around Morrisons waist, and drags him to his back, taking side control Townsend attempts an armbar, but "Chemo" stops the attempt. Townsend uses the oppurtunity to take mount. "Chemo" attempts to escape mount but has no luck. Morrison gives his back up trying to escape the mount. "Chemo" carefully protects himself from Townsends strikes. Townsend begins to look for a rear naked choke, but "Chemo" rolls to being mounted instead. The round comes to an end.
Round 3 Kit Morrison is staggered by a jab to the chin. Jermain dives in for a takedown but the momentum of the attempt ends in a scramble back to their feet. A welt begins to form under Kit Morrisons eye after a strong cross-hook landed from Jermain Townsend. The fighters circle each other. Townsend presses forward and is able to jump up and grab onto Morrison, aggressively pulling guard. Jermain Townsend locks a triangle but Kit defends well. Jermain Townsend continues the attempt but finally decides to let go. Kits face is red from the choke and sits low in the guard to catch his breath. Jermain Townsend gets his arm underneath the neck of Kit while putting his opposite arm on the back of the head. Jermain Townsend applies pressure forcing Kit to tumble over giving Jermain Townsend mount. Round 3 is over.
Round 4 Townsend sends "Chemo" to the mat with a well timed jab, falling into his guard. Jermain drops some good punches while being caught in the guard. "DaDa 2500" sits up in "Chemos" open guard and spins to an leg lock. Kit is able to gator-roll out of it and make it to standing. "Chemo" throws a hard jab but "DaDa 2500" throws a cross right over the top rocking "Chemo". Townsend hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. Jermain shoots in and executes a textbook single leg takedown, giving him side control. Jermain throws his knee into the ribs of Kit. "DaDa 2500" throws his knee into the ribs of Kit Morrison. The bell signals the end of round 4.
Round 5 Kit tries to hyperextend the knee of "DaDa 2500" with a kick to the kneecap. "DaDa 2500" hops back to avoid it. Jermain keeps Kit Morrison at a distance with some well timed jabs. Kit throws a hard jab but "DaDa 2500" throws a cross right over the top rocking Kit. Jermain Townsend hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. Jermain lands a double jab. Kit Morrison connects with a strong right hook. Round 5 is over.
