Round 1 Cedric connects with a strong body shot combo. Both fighters trade shots and back away looking for the next opening. Cedric tries to explode out the backdoor but "Big Nasty" sinks in both hooks, continually landing outside strikes. Cedric falls flat to protect himself. Taylor works his arm around the neck of Cedric attempting to get a tight rear naked choke but Cedric hand fights well. Round 1 is finished.
Round 2 "Big Nasty" throws a cross that easily dodged by Aegerter. Cedric hits an uppercut to the head of "Big Nasty" followed by a hard hook. "Big Nasty" throws a cross that easily dodged by Cedric. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Round 2 is finished.
Round 3 Cedric Aegerter swaying back and forth with Balanco swings and pushes a Pisao kick to the head of Christian Taylor backing him away. Cedric Aegerter hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. Both fighters trade shots and back away looking for the next opening. Christian winds up a heavy straight but is countered by a hard counter knee to the body. Round 3 comes to a close.
Round 4 The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. Aegerter connects with a hard punch making Christian Taylor bring him in to a tight clinch. Christian Taylor works to Cedric Aegerters back while standing. Christian Taylor throws a couple of outside shots until Cedric is able to work his way back to the clinch. Taylor takes Cedric Aegerters back standing. Cedric Aegerter isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Taylor lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Cedric Aegerter to release. Aegerter throws a hard jab but "Big Nasty" throws a cross right over the top rocking Aegerter. Aegerter takes a punch and goes to the mat, Christian pounces into side control. Aegerter receieves numerous knees to the thighs from "Big Nasty". Cedric takes the back of Christian Taylor who works for a kimura. Cedric pulls his arm out of the hold and push Christian Taylor away. "Big Nasty" lands a hook to the body then a straight cross to the sternum. Cedric swaying back and forth with Balanco stops and throws a reverse head kick decoy followed by a Martelo em Pe to the head with the opposite leg putting Christian Taylor out cold to the ground.
