Round 1 Both fighters trade shots and back away looking for the next opening. Wood connects with a hard punch making April Erickson bring her in to a tight clinch. April drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. "Dead" sets a guillotine choke but April slips out at the last moment. April is now caught in guard. April Erickson takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in Addisons guard. It doesn't pay off as Addison Wood makes her way to standing. April takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block her head. "Dead" snaps back the head of Erickson with a stiff jab. Ericksons legs are wobbled by a strong hook to the temple then a shovel punch to the jaw. Round 1 is over.
Round 2 April Erickson is sent backwards from a series of punches from "Dead". A trip to the ground allows Addison Wood to move into the guard of April Erickson. Erickson connects with some unorthodox punches from the bottom position. Erickson sinks a kimura, but cannot finish. She settles for a switch into mount. April Erickson maintains mount but laying some well timed strikes. April Erickson grabs an arm and swings over for a tight armbar. Wood taps out.
