Round 1 Ankeny eats a strong cross as Fermi moves into the clinch. Fermi utilizes his dirty boxing, landing short but powerful hooks to the ribs and uppercuts to the chin of Christoph Ankeny. Fermi drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. Ankeny sets a guillotine choke but Fermi slips out at the last moment. Fermi is now caught in guard. Fermi keeps his head down in the chest of "Devil You Know" to avoid any submission attempts. Fermi leans up and lands some short punches before lowering back down. Ankeny backs out of the guard after some unsuccessful motions and both fighters are standing. "Doin Dirty" grabs for a clinch but Christoph Ankeny grazes him with an uppercut. "Doin Dirty" staggers back, then surprises Christoph Ankeny with a powerful superman punch. "Devil You Know" eats a strong cross as Fermi moves into the clinch. "Doin Dirty" is jockeying for position in the clinch. "Devil You Know" attempts a lazy shot from the tie up, Mauro Fermi capitalizes by taking his back. Round 1 is over.
Round 2 Mauro Fermi throws a push kick. "Devil You Know" shucks it and strikes with a overhand that crashes into Mauros nose.
Fermi connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Christoph Ankeny takes the back of Fermi who works for a kimura. Christoph Ankeny pulls his arm out of the hold and push Fermi away. Ankeny sends Mauro Fermi to the mat with a well timed jab, falling into his guard. Christoph Ankeny takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in Mauros guard. It doesn't pay off as Fermi makes his way to standing. Christoph narrowly dodges a cross from Fermi, but falls catching him in his guard. Christoph Ankeny sets in an omaplata, forcing Mauro to roll through, giving Christoph Ankeny side control. "Doin Dirty" takes a few knees to the body while under Christoph Ankenys side control. Ankeny moves to north-south position. Fermi begins to roll out from under Ankeny but Ankeny is able scramble to Mauros back. Round 2 is over.
Round 3 A trip to the ground allows Fermi to move into the guard of Christoph Ankeny. Christoph pulls Mauro close and connects with a few heel strikes to the back. Mauro frees a leg and moves into half guard. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 4 Christoph Ankeny lands a double jab. "Doin Dirty" dodges a jab and clinches with Christoph Ankeny, delivering a knee as he does so. Christoph Ankeny hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. Christoph unleashes a flurry of punches ending with Mauro out cold from a right hook.
