Round 1
After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. An attempt at a clinch takedown from Hiromi Soseki is defended well by Buzz. Hiromi Soseki grabs an overhook, steps to the side to land two haymaker body shots, then an uppercut. Hiromi Soseki returns to the clinch. While tied up, Buzz is met with a hard uppercut. Soseki circles Ryan, landing jabs and crosses at will. Buzz parries a jab but leaves himself open for a hard cross. Hiromi slips a cross from "Quicksand" and lands an uppercut to the liver. Soseki parries Buzz Ryans jab and lands a liver shot that buckles Ryan. Ryan rolls to his back with Soseki standing over him. Soseki lays into Ryans thighs with some well timed kicks while Buzz is grounded. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 2
"The Stone Dragon" takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Ryan is hit with a jab-cross and then brutally shoved to the ground. "The Stone Dragon" falls into his guard, delivering a strong punch as he does so. Hiromi Soseki backs out of the guard, and chooses to stand with his opponent, allowing him to his feet. "Quicksands" legs are wobbled by a strong hook to the temple then a shovel punch to the jaw. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Soseki grabs the plum and tosses "Quicksand" to the ground. Hiromi Soseki drops a huge strike to "Quicksands" chin, landing into his guard. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 3
"Quicksand" attempts to clinch, but Hiromi connects with an uppercut to the jaw. "The Stone Dragon" lands a hook to the body then a straight cross to the sternum. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. "The Stone Dragon" escapes the clinch and creates some distance. "The Stone Dragon" connects with a right that puts "Quicksand" off balance tumbling to the mat, as "The Stone Dragon" towers over him. "The Stone Dragon" lays into Ryans thighs with some well timed kicks while Buzz Ryan is grounded. Round 3 is over.

Round 4
After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. Ryan escapes the clinch and creates some distance. Buzz ducks and weaves through a jab-cross combo but is hit with a nasty uppercut. The fighters circle each other. Buzz lands a jab, but it is returned by a sick uppercut from Soseki. Hiromi parries Buzzs jab and connect with a cross that floors "Quicksand". Hiromi Soseki drops a huge strike to Buzzs chin, landing into his guard. Round 4 is over.

Round 5
Soseki circles Ryan, landing jabs and crosses at will. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Soseki receieves numerous knees to the thighs from Ryan. "Quicksand" receives a couple of stiff short hooks in the clinch. Buzz escapes the clinch and creates some distance. Hiromi snaps back the head of Buzz with a stiff jab. Buzz circles Soseki, mixing jabs with body shots. Soseki lands a devastating overhand right on "Quicksand". The bell signals the end of round 5.
