Round 1 Anekwe connects with a hard punch making "Ying Tao" bring him in to a tight clinch. Shui receieves numerous knees to the thighs from Anekwe. Ngige dodges an uppercut to the chin, though loses his balance and falls to the ground, with Shui standing over him. "Ying Tao" attempts to drop a fist on Ngige, but misses and lands in his guard. Shui Jin tries to move to half guard but Anekwe Ngige uses the opportunity to land several strikes and return to full guard. Anekwe gets his arm underneath the neck of Jin while putting his opposite arm on the back of the head. Jin powers out of the attempted choke. Ngige attempts a kimura from the bottom. Shui Jin blocks the attempt and smothers Ngige who transitions to an armbar attempt. Shui Jin is able to defend this as well and works back into guard. "Ying Tao" keeps his head down in guard to gather energy. Anekwe uses the strength of his legs to sweep him over to his back. Anekwe now has full mount. Round 1 is finished.
Round 2 Ngige connects with a combination and backs away from the counter combo of Shui. "Resurrection" dives in for a takedown but the momentum of the attempt ends in a scramble back to their feet. Anekwe snaps back the head of Shui Jin with a stiff jab. Shui narrowly dodges a cross from "Resurrection", but falls catching him in his guard. The round comes to an end.
Round 3 Jin shoots but "Resurrection" stuffs it, eventually working in a whizzer and landing some sharp knees that allows him to move to side mount. "Resurrection" slides his knee across the body of Jin and takes full mount. Shui Jin shifts his head and hips to keep Anekwe off balance and unable to land strikes. Jin gives his back up trying to escape the mount. "Resurrection" peppers "Ying Tao" with several shots to the face. Jin starts to wiggle out of back control, "Resurrection" lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Round 3 is finished.
Round 4 "Ying Tao" slides in and grabs a leg lock taking "Resurrection" to the ground. "Ying Tao" works for a heel hook but cannot finish and both fighters work to standing. A couple of powerful body shots forces Shui Jin back to the cage. Anekwe swims to double underhooks. Shui Jin cannot stop Anekwe from stepping back and taking him to the floor. Ngige drops some good punches while being caught in the guard. Shui Jin stops defending intelligently during a series of heavy strikes. The ref stops the fight.
