Round 1 Ian lands a solid kick to the inside thigh of Vic. Vic Jenkins is staggered by a jab to the chin. Vic is met with a strong kick to the ribs. Ian Twitty lands a solid kick to the front leg of Vic Jenkins. Vic takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Vic Jenkins is hit with a hook and a shovel punch and stumbles backward. Twitty explodes forward with a push kick that puts Vic Jenkins on the canvas. Round 1 is over.
Round 2 Ian parries a jab but leaves himself open for a hard cross that sends him to the canvas. Jenkins follows with a falling punch into Ians guard. Jenkins drops some good punches while being caught in the guard. Vic Jenkins passes through Twittys guard into mount. Twitty gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Ian carefully protects himself from Jenkinss strikes. Ian starts to wiggle out of back control, Vic Jenkins lets him escape putting them both on their feet. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Ian works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. While tied up, Twitty is met with a hard uppercut. Jenkins parries Ian Twittys jab and connect with a cross that floors Ian Twitty. Vic Jenkins attempts to drop a fist on Ian Twitty, but misses and lands in his guard. The bell signals the end of round 2.
Round 3 Jenkins is struck by a ball kick from Ian Twitty that opens him up for a push kick to the midsection. Ian throws a wild punch, putting him off balance. A few well timed strikes from Vic puts Ian on the mat giving his back up. Ian carefully protects himself from Jenkinss strikes. Twitty slips out the back leading to both fighters standing up. Ian ducks and weaves through a jab-cross combo but is hit with a nasty uppercut. Twitty lands a left hook, only to follow up with a strong kick to the ribs. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. The bell signals the end of round 3.
