Round 1
"The X Factor" snaps back the head of Vic with a stiff jab. Tra Clark gets hit with a strong punch, putting him to the mat, but he recovers just in time to give up his back. "The X Factor" carefully protects himself from Rowlys strikes. Tra Clark slips out the back leading to both fighters standing up. "The X Factor" is staggered by a jab to the chin. Rowly is struck by a ball kick from Tra Clark that causes him to stumble backwards. Vic connects with a right that puts "The X Factor" off balance tumbling to the mat, as Vic towers over him. Round 1 is over.

Round 2
After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. "The X Factor" throws a solid knee to the jaw of Rowly. "The X Factor" grabs the plum and pulls Rowlys face towards a powerful knee which is blocked. "The X Factor" lets go of the hold and lands a hook. Rowly moves in to press the action, but Tra lands a heavy back kick. Tra connects with a sweeping kick at the leg of Vic. Rowly is rocked by a standing elbow strike. Clark parries Vics jab and connect with a cross that floors Vic. Tra Clark lays into Vics thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. Vic does so. Round 2 comes to a close.

Round 3
Vic Rowly parries a jab but is hit with a powerful knee to the midsection. Tra Clark gets hit with a strong punch, putting him to the mat, but he recovers just in time to give up his back. Tra Clark carefully protects himself from Vics strikes. Tra slips out the back leading to both fighters standing up. The fighters circle each other. Tra Clark lands a jab, but it is returned by a sick uppercut from Vic Rowly. Vic Rowly is caught square on the jaw putting him to the canvas, Tra prepares to pounce, but Vic Rowly gets his bearings just in time. Round 3 is over.
