Round 1
"Borracha" snaps back the head of Stevenson with a stiff jab. Stevenson parries Feijos jab and connect with a cross. Lex Stevenson lands a strong outside leg kick and follows it up with a jab-cross combo. Stevenson takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. A left high kick from Lex Stevenson keeps Feijo at bay. The bell signals the end of round 1.

Round 2
Lex dodges a jab-cross combo from "Borracha" and connects with a front snap kick, sending "Borracha" stumbling backwards. "Borracha" is struck by a ball kick from Lex that opens him up for a push kick to the midsection. Stevenson circles "Borracha", landing a front snap kick that stuns him. After dodging a jab-cross, Stevenson lands a kick to the liver of Royler who steps back and begins to take a knee. Stevenson rushes forward to capitalize but Royler stands back up and is met by a strong cross-uppercut that again backs him up. The fighters circle each other. A shot from Royler Feijo is countered by a guillotine choke from Lex Stevenson. Royler Feijo is forced to tap out.
