Round 1 "Venom" sends Cal Butler to the mat with a well timed jab, falling into his guard. Vernon pulls out of the guard of Cal Butler, stands up, feels it out, and drops a huge right hand to the jaw of Cal Butler. "Venom" passes through Butlers guard into mount. Cal gets pummeled by the fists of "Venom". Cal gives up his back in an attempt to escape, but doesn't quite make it. Bailey peppers Cal Butler with several shots to the face. Butler starts to wiggle out of back control, "Venom" lets him escape putting them both on their feet. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Vernon Bailey receieves numerous knees to the thighs from "The Career Killer". While tied up, Butler is met with a hard uppercut. Vernon connects with a right that puts Cal Butler off balance tumbling to the mat, as Vernon towers over him. Bailey lays into "The Career Killers" thighs with some well timed kicks while Butler is grounded. The round comes to an end.
Round 2 Vernon parries a jab but is hit with a powerful knee to the midsection. Cal Butler lands a solid kick to the inside thigh of Vernon. Cal parries Vernons jab and connect with a cross. Vernon takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Round 2 is finished.
Round 3 Vernon Bailey dodges a jab and throws a kick to the midsection of Cal. Vernon Bailey lands a strong outside leg kick that is returned by "The Career Killer". "Venom" ducks and weaves through a quick combo from Cal and knocks him back with a shovel punch to the jaw. Cal lands a solid kick to the front leg of Bailey. "Venom" blocks a hook cross combo but is pushed backward. Butler tries to press the action but is met with a jab-cross then an uppercut that puts him to on the floor. Round 3 is over.
