After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. "Fighting Irishman" works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. Walter breaks away from the clinch while delivering a knee. Walter Long lands a solid kick to the inside thigh of Brunet. Walter circles Brunet, mixing jabs with body shots. Walter Long lands a strong outside leg kick that buckles "Drago". Walter Long then switch kicks "Drago" on the opposing rib. After dodging a jab, Walter lands a kick to the liver of Thiago Brunet who steps back only to take a knee. Walter rushes forward to capitalize but Thiago Brunet falls to his back to avoid the onslaught. Walter lays into Thiago Brunet with some stomps. Thiago Brunet can't handle it as the ref stops the fight.
