Round 1 Owen Albright connects with a strong right hook. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Jandro Valdez attempts to grab the plum but Owen Albright takes the opportunity to attain double underhooks and take down Jandro Valdez. Albright takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in Jandros guard. It doesn't pay off as Valdez makes his way to standing. Owen Albright narrowly dodges a cross from "Exxon", but falls catching him in his guard. Owen Albright lands a stiff elbow while on his back. Owen Albright goes for a kimura from the bottom, but Jandro Valdez slips out at the last second. Albright connects with some unorthodox punches from the bottom position. Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 A looping right hook from Owen Albright sends Jandro Valdez to the mat. Albright drops a huge strike to Jandros chin, landing into his guard. Albright drops a few strong punches, opening up Jandro Valdezs guard, giving him a chance to pass to mount. "MCCrippler" telegraphs his motions for an armbar, but Jandro gives up his back to stop the attempt. Jandro Valdez carefully protects himself from Owen Albrights strikes. Jandro Valdez starts to wiggle out of back control, Owen lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Owen Albright takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Owen narrowly dodges a cross from Jandro, but falls catching him in his guard. Owen is hit with a series of powerful punches while utilizing the guard. "MCCrippler" is caught in a can opener and opens his guard. He lands two quick strikes but Jandro transitions to half guard. Jandro opens a cut over the eye of "MCCrippler". The doctor takes a look at it, and says he's okay to continue. Jandro slams his knee into Owens ribs. "Exxon" slams his knee into "MCCripplers" ribs. Round 3 is finished.
