Miller keeps Daiki at a distance with some well timed jabs. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Miller uses his under and overhook to hit a solid body toss takedown, landing in full guard. Miller takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in Daiki Mitsuharus guard. It doesn't pay off as Daiki makes his way to standing. Eckhardt narrowly dodges a cross from Daiki, but falls catching him in his guard. Eckhardt shifts his hips to get better position in the guard. Daiki Mitsuharu drops some good punches while being caught in the guard. Daiki loses his position, allowing Eckhardt to slip behind and lock in a rear naked choke. Daiki quickly taps out.
