Round 1 "Cryin" fakes a shot and lunges forward pressing Hiroki Miyamae to a corner. Hiroki Miyamae swims for underhooks but is taken down in the process. Gabe attempts to set in a hammer lock from being caught in the guard. Miyamae slips out of it at the last moment. Gabe takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in Hiroki Miyamaes guard. It doesn't pay off as Hiroki Miyamae makes his way to standing. The fighters circle each other. Hiroki Miyamae eats a jab,jab, then a hook from "Cryin". Gabe Ryan wraps around Hiroki Miyamaes waist, and drags him to his back, taking side control Ryan lands a few stiff elbows from side control. "Cryin" throws his knee into the ribs of Hiroki. Round 2 Gabe shoots a takedown from a distance putting Hiroki Miyamae on the ground. "Cryin" drops some good punches while being caught in the guard. "Cryin" takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in Hirokis guard. It doesn't pay off as Hiroki makes his way to standing. "Cryin" snaps back the head of Hiroki with a stiff jab. Miyamae takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Ryan wraps around Miyamaes waist, and drags him to his back, taking side control Miyamae takes a few knees to the body while under "Cryins" side control. Gabe Ryan throws his knee into the ribs of Miyamae. The round comes to an end.
Round 3 Miyamae takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Miyamae eats a jab,jab, then a hook from Ryan. Gabe Ryan executes a single leg giving him the back of Miyamae. "Cryin" peppers Miyamae with several shots to the face. Miyamae starts to wiggle out of back control, Gabe Ryan lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Miyamae is staggered by a jab to the chin. Gabe stuffs a shot from Hiroki and strikes two solid knees to his skull. Hiroki is stunned and Gabe takes mount with in a quick scramble. The round comes to an end.
Round 4 Hiroki Miyamae connects with a series of punches forcing "Cryin" into a clinch. Gabe receieves numerous knees to the thighs from Hiroki. Hiroki Miyamae attempts to pull guard, but slips, putting him on the ground, and with "Cryin" standing over him. Gabe attempts to drop a fist on Miyamae, but misses and lands in his guard. "Cryin" drops some good punches while being caught in the guard. Gabe attempts to set in a hammer lock from being caught in the guard. Hiroki slips out of it at the last moment. Hiroki connects with some unorthodox punches from the bottom position. Miyamae gives up guard avoiding a powerful hammer fist. He now has half guard. The round comes to an end.
Round 5 Hiroki Miyamae keeps Gabe at a distance with some well timed jabs. Hiroki Miyamae takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Hiroki escapes the clinch and creates some distance. Gabe Ryan narrowly dodges a cross from Hiroki Miyamae, but falls catching him in his guard. Miyamae tries to pick up Gabe for a powerbomb, but Gabe releases his guard and ends up in stand up. Gabe lands a quick elbow, cross that floors Miyamae. Hiroki narrowly dodges a cross from Gabe Ryan, but falls catching him in his guard. Miyamae sets in an omaplata, forcing Gabe Ryan to roll through, giving Miyamae side control. Gabe Ryan takes a few knees to the body while under Hiroki Miyamaes side control. Gabe Ryan gives his back up in an attempt to get out of side control. Round 5 is over.
