Round 1
The fighters circle each other. Masao Suzuki narrowly dodges a cross from Dick, but falls catching him in his guard. Cooper tries to pass guard but Masao stops him with a well timed punch. "Segnala Un Errore " presses the action while in the guard, but Masao is able to switch him into mount. "Ninja" punishes "Segnala Un Errore " with a series of strikes from the mount. "Segnala Un Errore " shifts his head and hips to keep Suzuki off balance and unable to land strikes. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 2
Masao narrowly dodges a cross from Dick Cooper, but falls catching him in his guard. Cooper defends a triangle attempt, throwing Masaos straight leg over his head and makes a move for side control. Masao is able to hold him to half guard. Masao tries to slip his leg out to get full guard, but is having difficulty. Dick slips out of half guard and into side control. Dick Cooper drops some hammer fists on "Ninja". "Ninja" gives his back up in an attempt to get out of side control. The round comes to an end.

Round 3
The fighters circle each other. "Ninja" is staggered by a jab to the chin. Cooper connects with a strong right hook. Masao takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Dick connects with a strong right hook. A shot from Suzuki is countered by a guillotine choke from "Segnala Un Errore ". Suzuki is forced to tap out.
