Round 1
Louie Ward circles Gage Popham, mixing jabs with body shots. Popham narrowly dodges a cross from Louie Ward, but falls catching him in his guard. Popham is hit with a series of powerful punches while utilizing the guard. Louie pushes down Gage Pophams leg, allowing him to pass guard into half guard. Louie Ward is able to slip into mount from the half guard. Gage Popham gives his back up trying to escape the mount. "The Mighty Thor" starts to wiggle out of back control, Ward lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Louie Ward unleashes a flurry of punches on "The Mighty Thor". "The Mighty Thors" legs are wobbled by a strong hook to the temple then a shovel punch to the jaw. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 2
After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Popham places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. Louie Ward escapes the clinch and creates some distance. "The Mighty Thor" connects with a right that puts Louie Ward off balance tumbling to the mat, as "The Mighty Thor" towers over him. Gage drops a huge strike to Louie Wards chin, landing into his guard. Louie Ward attempts a switch from the guard, but a scramble takes place getting both fighters to their feet. Louie Ward stuffs a takedown but is backed into a corner and must slide into guard to avoid being picked up. Louie Ward attempts an armbar. "The Mighty Thor" time a spin perfectly landing a strong overhand as he works his way into Louies guard. Louie taps out due to a hammer lock.
