Round 1
Patterson snaps back the head of Robert Wright with a stiff jab. The fighters circle each other. Del Patterson connects with a series of punches forcing Robert into a clinch. Robert attempts a takedown from the clinch, but Del Patterson pulls a switch on him, ultimately leading to both fighters on their feet. A single-leg attempt is well defended by Wright. Del Patterson stands up, lifting the leg of Wright and executing a trip takedown. Del takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in Robert Wrights guard. It doesn't pay off as Wright makes his way to standing. Patterson narrowly dodges a cross from Wright, but falls catching him in his guard. Del Patterson sets in an omaplata, forcing Robert Wright to roll through, giving Del Patterson side control. Robert Wright takes a few knees to the body while under Del Pattersons side control. Robert gives his back up in an attempt to get out of side control. The round comes to an end.

Round 2
Robert takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Patterson narrowly dodges a cross from Robert, but falls catching him in his guard. Del begins to work the rubber guard. Robert Wright presses the action while in the guard, but Patterson is able to switch him into mount. Wright attempts to escape mount but has no luck. Robert Wright attempts to escape mount but has no luck. Round 2 comes to a close.

Round 3
Del Patterson snaps back the head of Robert Wright with a stiff jab. Robert plows through Patterson with a driving double leg takedown. Del attempts an armbar from the bottom, but Robert Wright slips out at the last moment. Wright presses the action while in the guard, but Patterson is able to switch him into mount. Patterson secures his position. Del maintains mount but laying some well timed strikes. Round 3 is finished.

Del Patterson wins by Unanimous Decision
