Round 1
Shimaoka circles Louis, landing jabs at will. "Gigantor" throws a cross that easily dodged by Peixoto. Shimaoka connects with a strong right hook. Peixoto is staggered by a jab to the chin. Jiro Shimaoka circles Louis Peixoto, landing jabs and crosses at will. Jiro Shimaoka stuffs a shot from Louis and hits him with a hard hook to the temple and pushes him to take his guard. The bell signals the end of round 1.

Round 2
Jiro Shimaoka fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Louis Peixoto. Shimaoka works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. Shimaoka dodges an uppercut to the chin, though loses his balance and falls to the ground, with Louis standing over him. Louis attempts to drop a fist on Jiro, but misses and lands in his guard. Louis drops some good punches while being caught in the guard. Jiro Shimaoka is pummeled by some well timed bombs from Louis. While caught in Jiro Shimaokas guard, Louis gets hit with a vicious elbow. Louis Peixoto loses his position, allowing Shimaoka to slip behind and lock in a rear naked choke. Louis Peixoto quickly taps out.
