Round 1
Hughes is rocked by a standing elbow strike. Scott dodges a jab and throws a knee to the midsection of Hughes. Hughes is rocked by a standing elbow strike. Richard grabs the plum and lands a strong elbow to the head of Vernon Hughes. Richard circles Vernon Hughes, landing jabs and crosses at will. The bell signals the end of round 1.

Round 2
A left high kick from Scott keeps Vernon Hughes at bay. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. A stiff elbow looks to have "White" dazed. Richard places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. Scott grabs the plum and pulls "Whites" face towards a powerful knee which is blocked. Scott lets go of the hold and lands a hook. Scott lands a strong outside leg kick and follows it up with a jab-cross combo. Vernon Hughes is on the receiving end of a good punching combination from Richard. Vernon Hughes takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

After dodging a jab-cross, "Quick Kick" lands a kick to the liver of Vernon who steps back and begins to take a knee. "Quick Kick" rushes forward to capitalize but Vernon stands back up and is met by a strong cross-uppercut that again backs him up. After dodging a jab-cross, Scott lands a kick to the liver of Hughes who steps back and begins to take a knee. Scott rushes forward to capitalize but Hughes stands back up and is met by a strong cross-uppercut that again backs him up. A left high kick from Richard Scott keeps Hughes at bay. Vernon Hughes parries a jab but is caught by a strong leg kick. Round 3 comes to a close.
