Round 1 Atlas James grabs the plum and lands a strong elbow to the head of Beaulieu. Rocky narrowly dodges a cross from Atlas James, but falls catching him in his guard. James pulls out of the guard of Rocky Beaulieu, stands up, feels it out, and drops a huge right hand to the jaw of Rocky Beaulieu. Rocky gives up guard avoiding a powerful hammer fist. He now has half guard. Atlas drops an elbow onto the forehead of Rocky Beaulieu. James slips out of half guard and into side control. Rocky gives his back up in an attempt to get out of side control. "Bullwinkle" starts to wiggle out of back control, Atlas lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Atlas James is brought to his back by a well executed takedown from Rocky. Rocky now has side control.Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 Rocky parries a jab but is hit with a powerful knee to the midsection. James eats a jab,jab, then a hook from Rocky. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Atlas James grabs the plum and lands several knees to the legs "Bullwinkle". "Bullwinkle" is sent crashing to the mat by a powerful right hook. A solid kick bruises the leg of "Bullwinkle". Round 2 is finished.
Round 3 "Bullwinkle" weaves through a jab-cross combo but is met with a strong knee. The fighters circle each other. "Bullwinkle" eats a stiff kick to the face. The fighters circle each other. Rocky is rocked by a standing elbow strike. Atlas James presses forward landing a couple more strikes, but Rocky survives the onslaught with well timed blocks. The bell signals the end of round 3.
