Round 1 Gomez lands a strong outside leg kick that buckles BJ. Gomez then switch kicks BJ on the opposing rib. Jesus lands a left hook, only to follow up with a strong kick to the ribs. Jesus Gomez circles BJ, mixing jabs and leg kicks. Jesus is hit with a jab then a hook to the body and stumbles backward. BJ Thompson tries to press the action but is met with a push kick from Jesus that puts him on the floor. Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 A left high kick from Gomez keeps BJ at bay. "Hey Zeus" fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Thompson. Jesus Gomez stomps the feet of BJ Thompson. BJ Thompson receieves numerous knees to the thighs from Jesus Gomez. BJ escapes the clinch and creates some distance. BJ attempts a striking combination, but Jesus Gomez forces the clinch. BJ Thompson gets double underhooks, and unleashes unanswered knees to the midsection. Jesus Gomez connects with a stiff knee to the chin. Thompson is dazed on the mat. Thompson thrusts his leg into Gomezs knee while grounded. As "Mad Dog" attempts to keep Jesus Gomez in front of him, Jesus Gomez grabs "Mad Dogs" ankle and viciously lays into his thigh with multiple kicks. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 3 Jesus Gomez snaps back the head of Thompson with a stiff jab. BJ snaps back the head of Jesus Gomez with a stiff jab. Thompson gets hit with a strong punch, putting him to the mat, but he recovers just in time to give up his back.Round 3 comes to a close.
