Round 1 The fighters circle each other. Artigas throws a cross that easily dodged by Ryo Okamura. Caco Artigass legs are wobbled by a strong hook to the temple then a shovel punch to the jaw. Ryo Okamura stuffs a shot from Caco and lands some powerful outside hammerfists, eventually taking side mount. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 2 Caco Artigas snaps back the head of Ryo with a stiff jab. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Caco Artigas works Ryo into a corner from the clinch. Caco Artigas presses his head under "George Bretts" chin so he cannot defend the piston shots from either side. "George Brett" receives a couple of stiff short hooks in the clinch. "George Brett" escapes the clinch and creates some distance. "George Brett" unleashes a flurry of punches on Caco Artigas. Ryo circles Caco Artigas, mixing jabs with body shots. Caco is staggered by a jab to the chin. Round 2 is over.
Round 3 Artigas connects with a series of punches forcing Okamura into a clinch. "George Brett" lands a powerful uppercut in the clinch. Okamura fakes a shot attempt from the clinch, opening Caco Artigas up for a flurry of hooks. Artigas takes Okamura down to the mat with a good double leg takedown, leading to him standing over Okamura. Caco Artigas attempts to drop a fist on Okamura, but misses and lands in his guard. Caco Artigas takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in "George Bretts" guard. It doesn't pay off as Ryo makes his way to standing. Caco shoots a takedown from a distance putting "George Brett" on the ground. Artigas drops some good punches while being caught in the guard. While caught in the guard, Artigas wraps his hands around "George Bretts" neck and cranks it hard. Ryo Okamura taps out.
