Round 1 Sisco Alvarez traps Skip in a corner, landing a few strong punches to the face and body. Alvarez unleashes a flurry of punches on Skip Hamilton. Skip Hamilton is sent crashing to the mat by a powerful right hook. Sisco Alvarez lays into Skip Hamiltons thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. Hamilton does so. Sisco Alvarez traps Hamilton in a corner and lands a hook, cross and then a crippling livershot that puts Hamilton on the ground. Sisco lays into Skip Hamiltons thighs with some well timed kicks while Skip Hamilton is grounded. Sisco Alvarez lays into Skip Hamiltons thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. Hamilton does so. Sisco Alvarez parries Skips jab and connect with a cross. Skip Hamilton lands a strong outside leg kick but is hit with a strong uppercut. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 2 Skip Hamilton parries a jab but leaves himself open for a hard cross that sends him to the canvas. Sisco follows with a falling punch into Skip Hamiltons guard. A strong chopping strike hits Sisco across the face. Sisco lands a series of return strikes. Sisco passes through Skips guard into mount. Hamilton gets pummeled by the fists of Sisco Alvarez. Hamilton gives up his back in an attempt to escape, but doesn't quite make it. Hamilton carefully protects himself from Siscos strikes. Hamilton starts to wiggle out of back control, Sisco Alvarez lets him escape putting them both on their feet. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. An attempt at a clinch takedown from Sisco is defended well by Skip Hamilton. Sisco grabs an overhook, steps to the side to land two haymaker body shots, then an uppercut. Sisco returns to the clinch. While tied up, Hamilton is met with a hard uppercut. Skip attempts a takedown but slips, and Alvarez backs away. Alvarez is standing over Skip. Sisco attempts to drop a fist on Skip Hamilton, but misses and lands in his guard. Round 2 is finished.
Round 3 Skip Hamilton is hit with a jab-cross and then brutally shoved to the ground. Sisco falls into his guard, delivering a strong punch as he does so. Hamilton is hit with a series of powerful punches while utilizing the guard. Alvarez passes through Hamiltons guard into mount. Skip gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Sisco tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. Skip starts to wiggle out of back control, Sisco lets him escape putting them both on their feet. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Skip Hamilton places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. Alvarez attempts a takedown from the clinch, but Hamilton pulls a switch on him, ultimately leading to both fighters on their feet. Sisco Alvarez connects with a right that puts Skip off balance tumbling to the mat, as Sisco Alvarez towers over him. Hamilton thrusts his leg into Sisco Alvarezs knee while grounded. Round 3 is over.
