Round 1 Brent is staggered by a jab to the chin. Benjamin keeps Lundy at a distance with some well timed jabs. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Brent attempts a takedown from the clinch, but Benjamin pulls a switch on him, ultimately leading to both fighters on their feet. Benjamin Young sends Brent Lundy to the mat with a well timed jab, falling into his guard. Benjamin takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in Lundys guard. It doesn't pay off as Lundy makes his way to standing. Lundy stuffs a shot from Young and hits him with a hard hook to the temple and pushes him to take his guard. Benjamin Young sets in an omaplata, forcing Brent to roll through, giving Benjamin Young side control. Young throws his knee into the ribs of Lundy. Lundy gives his back up in an attempt to get out of side control. Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 Lundy takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Brent circles Benjamin, mixing jabs and leg kicks. Benjamin keeps Brent at a distance with some well timed jabs. The fighters circle each other.Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Brent circles Benjamin Young, mixing jabs and leg kicks. Brent sends Young to the mat with a well timed jab, falling into his guard. Benjamin dodges some ground strikes from Brent Lundy, and sends a few back of his own. Brent Lundy pushes down Benjamin Youngs leg, allowing him to pass guard into half guard. Brent tries to pull his leg out of half guard, but no luck. Benjamin Young tries to slip his leg out to get full guard, but is having difficulty. Brent Lundy slips out of half guard and into side control. The round comes to an end.
