Round 1 Manabu is thrown for a tizzy by the sheer volume of punches that Reggie is throwing his direction. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Koizumi drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. "Some Dude" sets a guillotine choke but Koizumi slips out at the last moment. Koizumi is now caught in guard. Reggie attempts a switch from the guard, but a scramble takes place getting both fighters to their feet. "Maniac" takes in a well composed combination of quick strikes from Reggie. Koizumi is on the receiving end of a good punching combination from Reggie. Patterson lands a hook to the body. Round 1 is finished.
Round 2 "Maniac" throws a kick to the midsection of Reggie Patterson. Reggie unleashes several furious punches at Koizumi. Manabu is sent backwards from a series of punches from Reggie. "Maniac" throws a cross that easily dodged by Patterson. Patterson blocks a strong high kick from Koizumi and counters with a devastating left hook. Reggie grabs for a clinch but Koizumi grazes him with an uppercut. Reggie staggers back, then surprises Koizumi with a powerful superman punch. Patterson unleashes a flurry of punches on Koizumi. Patterson sprawls a takedown attempt from "Maniac". "Maniac" eats several punches on the way back to his feet. Reggie lands a jab, but it is returned by a sick uppercut from Manabu. A wild right hook from Reggie puts Manabu to sleep.
