Round 1 Gagne keeps Albright at a distance with some well timed jabs. "Slim Shaggy" is staggered by a jab to the chin. Jim Albright throws a cross that easily dodged by Gagne. Doug Gagne throws a few strikes allowing him to clinch with his opponent. Gagne places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. Jim goes for a hip throw of his own, but Gagne is able to counter it, sending Jim to the ground. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 2 Jim Albright is staggered by a jab to the chin. Doug throws a few strikes allowing him to clinch with his opponent. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. While tied up Doug executes a shoulder throw giving him dominant side control. Doug lands a few stiff elbows from side control. Jim Albright takes a few knees to the body while under Gagnes side control. "Slim Shaggy" gives his back in an attempt to get out of side control. As Doug spins around to take it, "Slim Shaggy" makes his way back to his feet.Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Doug keeps "Slim Shaggy" at a distance with some well timed jabs. A jab from Jim Albright is blocked and a cross is returned by Gagne. Gagne starts to put on the pressure, forcing Jim back into the corner. Gagne takes advantage and clinches. "Slim Shaggy" receieves numerous knees to the thighs from Doug Gagne. Albright is able to work to two overhooks and lands some strong knees and short hooks. Jim pulls away from the clinch but is put to the mat by a series of punches from Doug. This fight is over.
