Round 1 Parker ducks and weaves through a jab-cross combo but is hit with a nasty uppercut. Shane parries a jab but leaves himself open for a hard cross that sends him to the canvas. Hayes follows with a falling punch into Shanes guard. Shane backs out of the guard after some unsuccessful motions and both fighters are standing. Shane Parker lands a strong outside leg kick that buckles Hayes. Shane Parker then switch kicks Hayes on the opposing rib. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. A strong elbow forces Shane Parker to lose his balance and fall to the floor. Hayes drops a powerful fist onto Shane Parker. Parkers eyes roll back into his head, and this fight is over.
