Round 1
Curt Hall throws a cross that easily dodged by Long. Long circles Curt Hall, mixing jabs and leg kicks. Curt Hall gets hit with a strong punch, putting him to the mat, but he recovers just in time to give up his back. Long lands a series of heavy punches forcing Curt to roll to his back, giving Long mount. Long maintains mount but laying some well timed strikes. Dick Long secures his position. Round 1 comes to a close.

Round 2
After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. "Gonna Learn Today" lands a powerful uppercut in the clinch. Curt Hall attempts a takedown from the clinch, but Long pulls a switch on him, ultimately leading to both fighters on their feet. A looping right hook from "Gonna Learn Today" sends Curt Hall to the mat. "Gonna Learn Today" drops a huge strike to Halls chin, landing into his guard. Dick takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in Curt Halls guard. It doesn't pay off as Curt Hall makes his way to standing. Hall stuffs a takedown but is backed into a corner and must slide into guard to avoid being picked up. "Gonna Learn Today" drops some good punches while being caught in the guard. Curt taps out due to a hammer lock.
