Round 1
Pat Blais parries Ryans jab and connect with a cross. The fighters circle each other. Peter Ryan takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Blais comes forward, throwing a short hook that distracts Peter. Blais then grabs an overhook and uses a small outside-hook throw and takes side control. The round comes to an end.

Round 2
Peter Ryan fakes a shot and lunges forward pressing Pat to a corner. Pat swims for underhooks but is taken down in the process. Pat is pummeled by some well timed bombs from Peter. Ryan drops some elbows from guard, giving him a brief moment to switch over to side control. Pat Blais takes a few knees to the body while under Peters side control. Ryan attempts an armbar, but Blais stops the attempt. Ryan uses the oppurtunity to take mount. Pat Blais attempts to escape mount but has no luck. Pat Blais attempts to escape mount but has no luck. Round 2 is over.

Round 3
A jab from Pat Blais is blocked and a cross is returned by Peter Ryan. Peter Ryan shoots in for a double leg, hoists Blais up, and slams him viciously to the mat, taking side control. Pat almost switches side control around, but falls short at the last moment. Pat Blais gives his back up in an attempt to get out of side control. Blais tries to explode out the backdoor but Peter Ryan sinks in both hooks, continually landing outside strikes. Blais falls flat to protect himself. Peter lands a series of heavy punches forcing Blais to roll to his back, giving Peter mount. Round 3 comes to a close.

Round 4
Blais snaps back the head of Ryan with a stiff jab. Blais is brought to his back by a well executed takedown from Ryan. Ryan now has side control. Pat Blais takes a few knees to the body while under Peters side control. Pat gives his back up in an attempt to get out of side control. Peter peppers Pat Blais with several shots to the face. Peter peppers Pat with several shots to the face. Round 4 is over.

Round 5
Pat throws a cross that easily dodged by Peter. The fighters circle each other. Pat eats a jab,jab, then a hook from Peter Ryan. Pat Blais gets hit with a strong punch, putting him to the mat, but he recovers just in time to give up his back. Ryan tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. Peter Ryan peppers Blais with several shots to the face. Round 5 is over.
