Round 1
RJ Brown narrowly dodges a cross from "The Imapler", but falls catching him in his guard. RJ Brown shifts his hips to get better position in the guard. Semyonov takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in RJ Browns guard. It doesn't pay off as Brown makes his way to standing. RJ circles Vladilen Semyonov, mixing jabs and leg kicks. "The Imapler" keeps RJ Brown at a distance with some well timed jabs. Semyonov wraps around RJs waist, and drags him to his back, taking side control RJ almost switches side control around, but falls short at the last moment. Brown takes a few knees to the body while under Vladilen Semyonovs side control. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 2
Brown shoots a takedown from a distance putting Vladilen on the ground. RJ passes through Semyonovs guard into mount. Semyonov gives his back up trying to escape the mount. "The Imapler" starts to wiggle out of back control, RJ Brown lets him escape putting them both on their feet. RJ fakes a shot and lunges forward pressing Semyonov to a corner. Semyonov swims for underhooks but is taken down in the process. RJ Brown passes through "The Imaplers" guard into mount. Vladilen Semyonov gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Brown tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. RJ tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. The round comes to an end.

Round 3
After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Vladilen gets double underhooks, and unleashes unanswered knees to the midsection. Brown escapes the clinch and creates some distance. Brown is staggered by a jab to the chin. RJ takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. RJ Brown eats a jab,jab, then a hook from Vladilen. Semyonov attempts a takedown, but RJ clumsily falls down without much provocation. "The Imapler" lays into RJs thighs with some well timed kicks while RJ Brown is grounded. Round 3 is finished.
